Our classic butter tart crust is filled with walnuts, pistachios, and almonds and flavored with honey, cloves, orange zest and rose flower water.

Chocolate ganache flavored with cinnamon and spicy chipotle peppers, topped with toasted almonds.

Vanilla poached pears set in pear brandy pastry cream and topped with toasted almonds.

• Three (3) business day notice requested for cakes baked to order.
• Rush orders are subject to extra charges.
• Tarts measure 9" in diameter unless otherwise noted, and serve 10-12.
