Original Sin Desserts Bakery Café is now open Sundays!
Due to popular demand, we have extended our Summer, 2010 hours to include Sundays. We're open our usual hours from 9 am - 2 pm.
Please note, though, that on July 25, we will be opening early for the 2010 Wharf to Wharf race. Original Sin will open up at 7:30 am - race starts at 8:30 am. Runners come in with your race bib, and you'll get a free cookie!

The Original Sin Desserts Bakery Café retail is back!
We are now located in the Fresh Prep Kitchens of the Culinary Center at Santa Cruz, located at 504 Front Street.
We'll be providing food for their annual Open House on Sunday, June 6, and we'll be open for business on Wednesday, June 9. Our operating hours will now be Wednesday - Saturday from 9 am - 2 pm. Check back with the web site for updates on offerings, prices and events.

The Original Sin Desserts Bakery Café retail storefront closed, but we remain available for custom cake orders, catering and wholesale.
We lost our lease, but are currently looking for another location, and will be continuing our catering, custom cake and wholesale business during this time.

Original Sin Desserts Bakery Café is pleased to announce that it has received Green Business Certification. The Monterey Bay Area Green Business Program has recognized Original Sin for "exceeding environmental regulatory requirements, preventing pollution, and conserving natural resources." To date, Original Sin is the only bakery in Santa Cruz County to be Green Certified.

Original Sin Desserts hosted the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting & Mixer. There were sweet & savory samplings from Original Sin Desserts Bakery & Deli Menu, as well as Wine Tasting from Soquel Vineyards.
