SPECIALTY CAKE ORDERING POLICY
Deposit
- 50% advance deposit required for all specialty orders.
- If you would like to reserve the date for your event but have not decided on the details yet of your cake, a $75 deposit is required.
- Balance due one week before event date.
- Final changes to your order are also due one week before your event.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit fully refundable when more than two (2) weeks notice is given bakery of cancellation.
- Cancellations given with less than two weeks notice will forfeit the deposit paid.
- Cancellations given with less than one week notice may result in partial or full charge of the cake/s ordered.
Delivery & Set Up
- Delivery and set up is available for a fee.
- Minimum charge is $50.
- Charge will depend on distance from bakery to location and date of event.
- Set up on holidays may result in an additional charge.
- All delivery and set up fees will be presented in advance.
